If we are to truly Live Better, we must truly see each other.
With that belief in mind, this project started with a question - “When people first see you, what do they see?” The answer was almost always disheartening - a judgement, a preconception, a bias, a label. Tanya Fields, a homesteader from The Bronx, reminded us that when we fail to look beyond the surface, we miss what matters most.
